Returns Policy

 

At Lucky Time Enterprises Limited, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

 

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact our Customer Service Support immediately if you have any questions or concerns. Returns are valid within three days of delivery, as indicated by EMS/local courier service. Requests made beyond the specified period will not be eligible for exchange or return, as tobacco products and nicotine pouches have a unique nature.

 

To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original packaging and resalable condition. This includes the packing of the inner and outer boxes, logo, and number of tobacco products and nicotine pouches. Exchanges and refunds do not apply to products with missing or damaged pieces.

 

If your return is approved, please send the parcel back to Lucky Time Enterprises Limited in proper packaging within two days of confirmation from our Customer Service Support. We will arrange for re-delivery or refund once we receive the goods. All related fees will be handled by the customer.

 

Please note that a processing fee will be charged for each refunded parcel. The postal fee (HKD 273 or it’s USD equivalent based on 1 USD = 7.8 HKD /1P parcel, HKD 546 or it’s USD equivalent based on 1 USD = 7.8 HKD USD70/2 parcels, and so forth) will be deducted from the original refund price. The mailing fee of the original parcel will be deducted from the total refund amount accordingly.

 

Note that Lucky Time Enterprises Limited will ship goods in pre-configured bundles which reflect the shipping charges.

 

For re-shipment packages, Lucky Time Enterprises Limited will only be responsible for the second delivery charges (return). Any other charges should be paid by the customer in full.

 

All parcels shipped out from Lucky Time Enterprises Limited are prepared with a uniform standard. If you receive a deformed, damaged, or obviously repackaged parcel, please take photos and report immediately to the courier. Our Customer Service Support is always available to assist you further.

 

For your own rights and interests, please read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing on the websites of Lucky Time Enterprises Limited. Products without defects cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Because returned tobacco products and nicotine pouches have a unique nature, they will remain stored in our warehouse for professional maintenance. For the upkeep of our own warehouse and logistics management, any re-shipment requests not handled within a three-week period will be considered forfeited. Lucky Time Enterprises Limited reserves the right to handle the products without separately notifying the customer.
